CRB, a women-owned business, was founded and commenced operations in April 1992, The principals, Annette Casuso Baddour, Frederick R. Baddour and Victor Rossinsky, Jr., have earned a reputation for providing clients with high-quality, costs-effective solutions for their environmental needs.

CRB has the capability to tackle any task related to soil and groundwater assessment and remediation, underground and aboveground storage tanks, hazardous waste management, transportation and disposal, innovative engineering solutions, asbestos management and abatement, indoor and outdoor air quality, and project management of complex redevelopment projects.
