CRB personnel have worked with both large and small companies to ensure compliance with hazardous material and hazardous waste regulations including treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.
CRB personnel have the expertise to conduct Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) inspections to ensure federal and state compliance and will work in close contact with facility personnel to create a manageable program to maintain compliance.

Personnel Training
Preventing or minimizing exposure to hazardous materials/wastes are essential at a hazardous site. CRB can provide personnel training in accordance with applicable regulations by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). The following classes are offered:
*Hazard Communication Training in accordance with OSHA 29CFR1910.1200.
*Hazardous Materials Training in accordance with OSHA 29CFR1910.120 (e)(i).
*Hazardous Materials Training in accordance with EPA RCRA 40CFR265.16.
*Hazardous Materials Transportation Training in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) M-126F.
